[Halld-cal] First article light guides arrived in great shape

Dear colleagues,

The 80 first-article light guides arrived from USM this morning. Test 
pieces and material samples for gluing tests were also included in the 
shipment. The shipment was very nicely packed with light guides packaged 
in individual plastic containers, which were themselves placed into a 
larger cardboard box with plenty of packing material. We unpacked one of 
each of the 10 light guide shapes and visually checked that they fit 
together. They also fit nicely into the "wand" that Jim designed for 
handling them using a vacuum suction. They could all be lifted and moved 
around using this technique. Visually they all look clear and have very 
nice finishes.

I placed some photos of medium quality on the wiki. With all the 
reflections and unprepared backgrounds, it was difficult to get a good
