[Halld-cal] Pulse shape measurements of SiPMs

Hi Will,

The pulse shape measurements are taken with the Stage 2 equipment using 
the 'original' JLab electronics, which produced rise times of about 15 
ns. My recollection of the discussion was that these measurements are 
not sensitive to the intrinsic performance of the SiPM and therefore do 
not add much information. Therefore we decided that these measurements 
could be dropped for the remaining SiPMs. Go ahead and ship the next batch.
