[Halld-cal] Bcal Readout meeting minutes posted

Hi All,

  I added a link to the minutes from yesterday's BCAL Readout meeting to 
a page with an updated timewalk plot. The data is the same, but some 
lines were added to show the calculated times we would expect by simply 
adding flight time and propagation time to the ends of the BCAL. I 
believe the plot is correct and the observed timing differences are 
explained. The page with the new plot can be found here:
