[Halld-cal] Wiki page for SiPM Database

Dear Colleagues,

I created a wiki page for the SiPM database under the BCAL Readout section:
https://halldweb1.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/SiPM_Database

Currently, the page contains the information of the JLab SiPM database 
and the way to access it using a JLab Windows PC. I will update it with 
how-to on Linux access using MySQL commands later on and I'm also 
planning to write some php scripts so that people can retrieve 
information easily using the web interface.

I strongly encourage people from USM to complete the page with the 
information of their SiPM database and the very nice web interface.
