[Halld-cal] Electrical/cooling assemblies installed onto mini-Bcal

A great BRAVO to all people involved in this success, at JLab, Athens and USM!  We're looking so forward to the actual signals from electrons in the mini-cal!

Dear collaborators,

We reached another milestone today. The SiPMs, cooling plate, electronic 
boards were assembled into two units for installation onto the 
mini-Bcal. The response of all SiPMs in the assemblies were checked for 
appropriate analog and TDC outputs. Some problems were found on each 
module. Fernando and Chris debugged the dead channels, finding some 
shorted cables and a design flaw on the board layout. After fixing these 
issues the assemblies were retested and found to have correct signals on 
all outputs.

The replacement "K" light guide arrived from Santa Maria yesterday and 
was glued onto the Bcal module today. The control board from Athens 
arrived earlier this week and was also installed onto the mini-Bcal.

Next week we will start hooking up the ectype to the electronics and 
connecting up to the DAQ.
