[Halld-cal] Bcal Readout meeting tomorrow

We will have our Bcal Readout meeting tomorrow at 11. Please update the 
agenda as needed. I have put the update and discussion of the Beam Test 
data at the end because we may wish to spend time on looking at some 
details. Interested individuals can stay for the discussion.
