## Decision on configuration for electronic boards for the next 
iteration. Note that gain adjustments can be made after the boards are 
stuffed
## All feedback from the beamtest is going into the new iteration of 
boards including wider ground traces, adjustments for the extraction of 
heat from the chips on the board, and simplification of assembly.
## Bias configuration. We will make two mirror versions of the board, 
one for upstream and the other for downstream. We call this the mirror 
configuration, where bias 1 on the upstream feeds the opposite SiPMs and 
bias 1 downstream. Andrei suggested that one more bias be added to the 
board to allow entire rows to be powered at one time. Due to the 
increase cost in power supplies and design effort to change the board, 
we will go with the mirror solution. Note that this configuration will 
require more data to be collected when single cells are powered
## Gain of pre-amplifier. Elton suggested to set the nominal bias to 
Vover=1.2 V. With this configuration, the electronic gain is to be 
reduced by a factor of 2.5.
## Keep the latest TDC gain of x5 relative to the fADC gain.
## Zisis has a list of homework tasks to be worked on while the boards 
are manufactured and stuffed (about 3 weeks). Changes to the gain and
