[Halld-cal] Calorimetry Meeting 2013-12-17

Dear all,
I was hoping that the University strike would end today-since the senate 
has taken an unanimous decision  to start(!) the semester BUT the 
physiscs students decided to continue the occupation of our offices up 
to next year!Thus myself and the other members of the group will not 
have tomorrow access to our offices-as has been the case for the last 
three months!We are desperate but please understand that our absence 
from the meetings is due to factors beyond our control!
Lucky enough last year when we had the construction on going we didn't 
face this problem, so we were able to complete it.Of course this doesn't 
mean that we completed our contribution to the experiment....We will 
continue as soon as we are given "permission" by the students.
                                  Let me take this opportunity to thank 
all the team for the intense construction work of last year, your help 
and support
                                  and wish to you and your family Merry 
Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year,
