[Halld-cal] acrylic sheets for Fcal monitoring system

Hi Matt,
We have found that Eljen will sell us sheets of UVT acrylic if we update
the drawings so that they can be cut out of 4'x8' material. Chuck is
updating the drawing to make them fit and we will get a quote.
