[Halld-cal] FCAL monitoring boards results

Hi Christina,

I have not heard any further comments regarding the FCAL monitoring 
system. Proceed, therefore, with preparing the boards for shipment. 
Please remember to include a sample of the plexiglass sheet and the 
borrowed SiPM units.
