[Halld-cal] committed plugin

Hi All,

As was discussed at the meeting today - I committed a messy, but working,
version of my plugin to svn. It is called bcal_shower. To run it over
.evio files use the normal command hd_root -PPLUGINS=DAQ,TTab,bcal_shower
files.evio -PBFIELD_MAP=Magnets/Solenoid/solenoid_1200A_poisson_20140520
(the default field map is at 1350 A so be sure to specify the field map on
the command line).

If you want to look at a root files that have already been produced by
this plugin go to /work/halld/home/wmcginle/SummaryRootFiles
