[Halld-cal] Calorimetry+Reconstruction Meeting date/time change

Hello everyone and a Happy New Year.

My teaching schedule has changed this year, so that I teach exactly during the Reconstruction and Calorimetry slots. Obviously, I would like to continue to be present and run those meetings. Could we change the time slot? Note that if a semi-permanent change is difficult, we would only have to use the new slot until the March time change; at that time (since Regina does not change) our usual slot would fall to an hour prior to my class. I see the following options.

1) Keep the Tuesday slot but make it an hour earlier (10 am EST) until Sunday March 9, and then return it to 11am EDT (normal slot).

2) Move the slot to Fridays at 11 EST or 10 EST, or Thursdays at 10 EST.

Mondays have the Physics meeting and Wed have the Hall D and Calibration meetings, so these are out.

Of course, it also depends on room bookings at the lab.

Please let me know your preferences so that we can pick an optimum slot. If such a slot cannot be found for the Calorimetry days, I guess I can sit those out until March and have Andrei and the grad students attend them on our behalf, but even in such a case I would still like to switch the Reconstruction Meetings since I run those.

Thanks for your attention and best regards, Zisis...
