[Halld-cal] cosmics test in ESB - some numbers

Hi Elton:

here some numbers from Shaun's work on the individual modules in the ESB.

- integration window: bins 15-70 (55 wide, putting it at 65 wide made a 0.5% improvement on sigma_E/E)
- starting point of window: ADC channel 15
- peak to sum conversion: 0.064
- noise threshold: ADC channel 9
