[Halld-cal] BCAL Commissioning documentation

Hello everyone:

we have a new series of weekly meetings, every Tuesday at 11:15 EDT, with a dedicated Bluejeans number: 907185247. 

The meetings are in connection to the commissioning of the BCAL.  Two Regina students and one CMU student are working on this effort at the lab.  Elton and I decided that the BCAL Reconstruction and Commissioning emails should be sent to this list as certain items may be of general interest.  Please feel free to join in if you wish.

We have a new link on the Wiki 'Meetings' page, under the Calorimetry section.  This section has been cleaned up: four older links were moved onto the 'Calorimetry Archives' page (4th link in this list).  Our new page is at:
