[Halld-cal] BCAL trigger commissioning

As you know, I'm trying to extract the calibration fADC_integral-to-MeV
conversion coefficients using comparison between external-cosmic-trigger
data and Irina's simulation of BCAL. Also, this technique allows to
estimate the hardware thresholds in MeV for every readout channel.

At the moment, I have majority of the calibration constants and thresholds
ready, and fixing the failed fits for the remaining readout cells (also,
pretty significant fraction from the total number of cells). But before
release the tables, it would be more comfortable for me if we'll discuss
the final results on our BCAL group meeting.
