[Halld-cal] Posted minutes of CAL working group meeting

A minor note, but I should mention that I just realized that I made a
mistake reporting the number of hits per channel that are being using in
the gain calibration (I was thinking of a pi0 sample that I previously
tried). We see on average 500 hits per channel in the inner 2 layers, on
average 200 hits per channel in layer 3 and on average 30 hits per channel
in layer 4. Taking Matt's suggestion I introduced a cut of 15 hits per
channel. Sorry for the confusion.
