Programing updates to FCAL VME pulser
Present: Elton, Hovanes, Manuel, Adesh

Hovanes has agreed to make the necessary programing changes to the VME
pulser for the FCAL. This project remained incomplete after Orlando
returned to Chile. We decided that the GUI should organize the following
behavior:

TTL outputs: Violet, Blue, Green and Base pulser. (Internally it may be
that the Green button is connected to two TTL outputs).
* May choose one output at a time. The others are disabled
* May choose frequency and output pulse width
* (3 or 4 TTL outputs are not connected to the GUI at this time,
depending on how many are used for the Green).

NIM outputs: All 8 outputs fire if any of the TTL outputs fire
* May choose width of the NIM outputs independent of the TTL widths
* Outputs fire synchronously with the particular TTL signal that is enabled.
* One line is added to the GUI for this function.

Our present recollection of the bottom left square on the GUI is that it
is connected to an internally ORed signal output in PECL, which is
presently unused. We will leave it unchanged.
