[Halld-cal] Cosmic run 3386

Dear colleagues,

Another cosmic-ray run 3386 (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3342556) 
was taken over the weekend, although it crashed/stopped after about 7.8 
M events. Data were again taken in mode 8, but FADC250_NPEAK was set to 
3. A quick scan of events on the event display shows very few hits in 
the CDC, although the BCAL seems to be firing normally.
