[Halld-cal] [Revised Logentry] Follow-up Re: BCAL restored after power outage / environment

Tom restored the operation of the chillers this morning after the chilled water was operational.
The humidity on US_4 is at 24% (dew point -1 degC). Attached are screen shots of the temperatures and humidities as well as the humidity history over the last couple of days. Notice incomplete data records during the outage.
