[Halld-cal] [New Logentry] BCAL calibration constants

BCAL calibration constants (I guess attenuation lengths) 
don't match for the ideal BCAL MC simulation

For both MC smearing and reco plugin I use
JANA_CALIB_CONTEXT "variation=mc"

Energy distributions for 1 GeV photons thrown at 90 
and 30 degrees are shown below. BCAL rec energy for 
30 deg tracks is shifted by about 300 MeV

I guess that we need some constants for the "ideal" BCAL 
simulation
