[Halld-cal] Eta fit

I guess here also are the fits for the amorphous radiator runs 
(ARDATA.pdf) and for the diamond radiator runs (DRDATA.pdf).  the AR 
runs alone give a bit wider of a fit (~ 39 MeV) and a bit lower mean.  
About 3/4 of the statistics of the total fit from last message come from 
the DR runs.
