[Halld-cal] Variance-covariance matrix for BCAL showers

Hi all,

I have extracted the variance-covariance matrix for BCAL showers from Monte-Carlo as a function of photon energy and angle.  The components of the matrix are visualized at the following log entry.

It remains to be determined how to parametrize this information or otherwise incorporate it into the reconstruction code.
