I just finished my VERY PRELIMINARY calibration of BCAL with cosmic runs
4062 and 4110 that were taken in the end of 2015 (see the file
bcal_calib_feb2016_26s.vec in the attachment). For this calibration, I
used NSA=26, NSB=0, and the threshold of 5 counts above the pedestal
level. The calibration constants are in GeV, and the sampling fraction of
9.5% is applied already.
It will be great if you can run your pi0-mass code with this calibration
using 1.4-V-overbias data (with correspondent NSA and NSB) for pi0
reconstruction if possible.
Right now, I'm doing the calibration with the same data but with NSA=55
and NSB=-5; I hope it will be ready soon.
Thank you,
Andrei
