[Halld-cal] Reconstruction Meeting Minutes 2016-01-07

Hi all,

Based on our discussion yesterday, I have entered my previous e-mail 
into the wiki and created a new page
https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/BCAL_Preparations_for_spring_2016

The BCAL wiki page has decayed over time, so I have reorganized it a bit 
to become more useful and current. See
https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/BCAL
I have also linked this page to the Run coordinator meeting page for 
next week. We still need to update the page to make specific requests 
for the spring running period.

The new page is linked towards the bottom of the page under 'Startup 
Checks'. Feel free to improve the organization or streamlining of the 
cover page.
