[Halld-cal] posted a GlueX doc to compare JLab and UTFSM SiPM measurements

Dear colleagues,

In preparation for writing a NIM article on the BCAL, I have tried to 
summarize the test results of the SiPMs. To my knowledge, we have not 
done this systematically before.
I have posted GlueX-doc-2910, which compares the measurements of SiPMs 
by JLab and UTFSM. See

Major conclusions of this study are
o measurements are generally consistent, but differences between various 
quantities are discussed
o entries of the UTFSM data into the JLab halld_sipm database are tagged 
as being at an over-bias of 1.2 V, but they are consistent with the NIM 
paper data at 0.9 V.
o dark rates reported in the UTFSM NIM paper are internally inconsistent 
and only one seems to be in line with JLab results.
