[Halld-cal] [New Logentry] BCAL TS FP LED and physics triggers

2 usec delay was added (by Ben) to the trigger output  of CAEN1495 boards, which allows one to run the TS FP LED triggers with the slowest GlueX physics trigger.
NIM output connections were changed on the caen boards for the upstream and downstream LEDs:   NIM 1 -> NIM 7,  NIM 3 -> NIM 7, respectively.


Run 4692 (readout BCAL only):   an example of the run with the cosmic  trigger (E_BCAL > 10000)   and 
                                                    two  LED (upstream/downstream) triggers distributed through the TS FP.
 
Triggers can be identified in the reconstruction  using    "trig_mask"   and  "fp_trig_mask"   bit-patterns in the DL1Trigger bank.
               fp_trig_mask &  0x100    - upstream LED 
               fp_trig_mask &  0x200    - downstream LED 
               trig_mask & 0x1  - cosmic trigger

Note, when the TS FP LED trigger(s) fires, the corresponding GTP trigger (induced by the LED) is inhibited.

hd_bcal/bcal_phys_led.conf

Final tuning of delays will be needed during commissioning of the global GlueX trigger.
