[Halld-cal] The systematic study on the new data 10491-10498

Hi, all,

We updated the systematic study on the new data 10491-10498 which past the
exclusive process gamma +p -> gamma gamma +p selections with a low
threshold E_gamma(BCAL)>100MeV and E_gamma(FCAL)>200MeV.
