[Halld-cal] [New Logentry] New processing FADC250 firmware

Some minor issues with the new fadc firmware have 
been fixed today. The new processing firmware C02 
was loaded to most fadc250 crates. 

We will take data over night with the bcal cosmic
trigger (BCAL_cosmic_raw.conf), raw mode. Detectors 
used in the configuration; BCAL, ST, CDC, and FDC. 
The trigger rate is about 600 Hz, which is consistent 
with the rate we had before; slightly larger trigger 
energy threshold is used E_total > 10000 fadc counts.

P.S. There still can be some issues with the rocstpsc1
crate (included in the configuration); we'll need
to check.
