[Halld-cal] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: Data with cosmic trigger

Run with cosmic trigger (raw mode), all detectors are in except tagger crates.
Cody fixed some features with the fadc125 firmware for FDC;  FDC is included
to the configuration -  looks Ok now. The fadc250 control firmware is updated on 
rocfcal6.

We still see some issues with the f1 tdc crate (rocstpsc1); checking it now.

Run 20636, 27 M events (run for 12 hours)
