[Halld-cal] [New Logentry] Cosmic run

The new firmware (hopefully the final) C04 has been installed on BCAL and FCAL crates
(the new version incorporates fixing some temporarry patches). 

Run number:  20841 (13 M events, raw readout mode)
                            BCAL  NSB = -2  (according to Mark)

CDC crates were not used in the configuration
(Cody is working on some threshold issues with FA125)

Run stopped:
ERsoftROC:  "No space left on device"
