[Halld-cal] [New Logentry] Stand alone triggers for FCAL and BCAL

Configuration files for the stand alone 
configurations are in the following dirs
(under hdops and hdfcalops/hdbcalops) 

Modes 9 and 10 correspond to the production 
and debug (raw + pulse) modes, respectively.
