[Halld-cal] shutting off electronics

Dear collaborators,

Fernando's intention is to shut down the electronics in the Hall once 
all work is completed. My understanding is that Tegan managed to take 
all the data he wanted and we have been able to fix the worst problem 
from last spring.

I know that Sasha needs some crates left for trigger work.

Let me know if there are any further checks or data needed either for 
the Bcal or the Fcal. Otherwise, I will let the electronics group go 
ahead and shut down the electronics for the summer.
