[Halld-cal] bcal gain calibration

Hi Tegan,

Just to confirm the conversation we had at the analysis meeting 
yesterday. The plan is for you to take over the pi0 gain calibration 
that Will has been doing for the BCAL. This should be done with the 
inclusive pi0 sample and you should of course wait for the skimmed 
files. (We can still follow up with the exclusive pi0 sample, but for 
consistency we should start with the inclusive sample as it seems to 
find the smallest pi0 width.) The procedure should follow the latest 
strategy of using individual pi0 peaks and not the automatic matrix 
inversion method. I'm sure that Will will be glad to answer questions 
and help with any setup.
