[Halld-cal] Cal Working Group tomorrow

Dear collaborators,

We will have the Cal Working Group meeting tomorrow at 11. Below is a 
list of action items that we need to work on.

# Homework from NIM paper.  Non-linearity correction of SiPMs (Elton)
# Enrich pi0 skim with layer 3 events (Tegan with support from Sean/Mark)
# BCAL: Create non-linearity corrections for MC for gain adjustment.
# BCAL fixes: Hot TDC channel

Complete after new launch
# Report back on study of eta with in FCAL [Mark]
# From Mike's work: -cos(phi) type dependence in the data and a phi 
dependence at the downstream end of the bcal
