The last version of the MC nonlinearity correction PDF is up on the pi0
calibration DocDB page.  I uploaded the MC constants and also the new
2018 Spring data gain constants which include the new layer 4 constants
found from the summer work with cosmics (which was the last result
presented at the collaboration meeting in the BCAL update).
