[Halld-cal] Cal Working Group meeting tomorrow at 11

Dear collaborators,
We will have our Cal Working Group meeting tomorrow at 11:00. Agenda can

reproduced below. Liping has asked to discuss calibration of the FCAL 
using the CompCal, which has been added to the agenda. Please update the
