[Halld-cal] revised calorimeter simulations

Dear Calorimeter working group,

I have finished redoing my MC single-photon response calibration study,
this time replacing the profile histograms with histograms where the
vertical axis is the centroid from a Gaussian fit and the error bar is the
sigma from the fit. The conclusions seem unaffected by the improved
analysis method.
