calibrations using it can begin.

Dear Colleagues,

We just completed the another full monitoring launch over the 2018-08
data set. Even though only 80% of the jobs finished successfully due
to a lingering bug in the monitoring code, the histograms and trees
were produced for all 557 runs. The usual monitoring plots can be
found on the web pages:
