[Halld-cal] fiducial cuts

Hi all,

Following up the discussion of last week, I tried implementing Mark's
suggested fiducial cuts in the standard analysis library classes.  You
can find the branch with these changes at:

sdobbs_cal_fiducial_cuts

The class which has the changes implemented is:
libraries/PID/DNeutralShower_factory_PreSelect.cc

Please feel free to test this and let me know if you see any issues.
