[Halld-cal] COMPASS II shashlyk calorimeter with SiPMs

Dear collaborators,

Eugene mentioned to me that there is a recent reference to the COMPASS 
II shashlyk calorimeter with SiPMs. The NIM reference is 
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0168900218311902?via%3Dihub. 
Interestingly, they find that the gain of their system decreases with 
occupancy in a similar way as we measured last summer for our detectors. 
I have not done a more detailed quantitative comparison but it might 
prove interesting. Their SiPMs are 10 um compared to our 50 um SiPMs.
