[Halld-cal] [New Logentry] ADC channel in BCAL not working

This missing channel corresponds to crate N1-3-MID slot 4 channel 13.  There are zero counts in the readout occupancy and zero counts on the scalers.

I went in to the hall and checked the LED signals on cables arriving at this ADC.  They all have good signals.  I swapped the cables of channels 13 and 14 and found that on the scalers channel 13 remained the one without counts.  This means that the FADC channel is to blame.
