Hi guys,

Just to follow up on Zisis's email.

I would encourage people interested in the FCAL2 project
to attend our JEF weekly meeting (on Fridays), where we go through a
a lot of FCAL2 construction and technical details, reconstruction
algorithms, etc.

The FCAL2 is essentially the JEF project as it was motivated by
the JEF physics program.

This communication format was proven to be fruitful during the
design (with the help of  Tim's group), fabrication and
subsequent operation of the CCAL, a prototype of the FCAL2.
The calorimeter project is handled by the PrimEx group.

As we have already discussed, we can periodically provide a
status report on some calorimeter meetings, and discuss some
pressing issues, if any.  But I would refrain of unnecessary
discussions as the project is already well handled.

Hi folks:

Matt and I are on shift tomorrow, and also Mark and I felt that there is nothing urgent that needs discussion tomorrow.

All FCAL2 discussions at present are happening in the dedicated FCAL2 hardware meetings (run by Tim) and the weekly JEF meetings. Moving forward, we should consider include FCAL2 updates in CALWG as well, as some experts follow that meeting but not always the JEF one.  We can discuss and optimize this at our next CALWG meeting, on November 23:

If there are any updates or questions in the interim, please send them to the Calorimetry email address or to the appropriate expert.
