[Halld-cal] [EXTERNAL] FCAL2 and CALWG Meetings 2024-11-06

Hello everyone:

Tomorrow, Wed Nov 6, we have an FCAL2 Meeting at 10am JLab and a CALWG one at 11am JLab.

Notes:
1. In the FCAL2 meeting we will discuss the activation of the Run Coordination meetings were all experts and collaborators will join to prep the stage for receiving beam.  This might result in the discontinuation of the FCAL2 meetings.
2. Not much is expected for CALWG tomorrow, but I will log on at 11am in case people want to discuss something.
3. Last week’s FCAL2 minutes will be uploaded later tonight.
