Hi Tim,

I made some small modifications to the schedule; will review it further.

The schedule depends on the availability of the HV distribution
boards, which have not yet been ordered. Based on previous experience,
it could easily take two months to receive the boards, so we need a
backup solution (I think that we have one)


Complete LV cable/panel install   10/2      -  10/9/24

Repair LMS known issues           10/7      -  10/21

Connect final HV cables           11/8* (?) -  11/14      float

Test HV controls and final        11/15     -  11/21
test LMS
(fan and cooling required)

Insulate the face of the detector 11/22    -   11/26

Install LMS reference PMTs        11/22     -  12/5    (RadCon posts)

Final test of all channels        11/27     -  12/15
(fan and cooling required)

Cosmics/LMS testing               12/1      -  1/24/25
(break in of the detector. Fan, cooling required. Test temperature stability)


Is not clear whether all LG channels will be fixed by the time we start
cooling (11/15/24)
