[Halld-cal] Fw: Minutes for 10/4/24 JEF meeting

concerning LMS:
1) I consider 100mV signal amplitude not small but reasonable.
    the main question is what is the noise level. How big is the nose -- 
baseline width
    compared to the signal of 100mV?
2) a factor of 10x more is way too much! that would beam 1V.!!!
