<pre>The tagger hall and Hall D will be locked a a few times before the end
of the month. The current plan is as follows:
Apr 9-10 swing shift: PSS work
Depending on the PSS progress they may need ~1h lock on Apr 11.
They will start tuning the beam at 1.1 GeV/pass to 3-4-5.5 passes
into various dumplettes. Tentatively, they will be ready to go to the
Hall D line by Apr 20.
Apr 20: start locking Hall D/tagger for a few days. It should be
possible to provide either restricted or controlled access to the
halls during the days shifts.
