Hi Elliott,
regarding trigger/daq/electronics it might be good to address some 
issues that
were touched during the electronics workshop like:
1) how is the trigger implemented, delay between two successive triggers
    what are the consequences etc.
2) what do people really expect the FADC should do, what actually can be 
done
    what it has to do etc.... (pedestal subtract etc.)
3) some extended discussion on the above points.
