[Halld-controls] On canceling the Hall D Controls meeting this Thurs 25-Aug

Hi,

Mark is out of town, I'll be out of town this Thurs, not sure about 
Josh, and the coil test just ended and we're all wrung out.  Thus there 
won't be a Controls meeting this Thurs unless Hovanes comes up with 
something urgent for him to meet with whoever is still around.  He'll 
let you know, so consider the meeting canceled unless you hear from him.
