[Halld-controls] Testing IRMIS with fake data

Hi,

I filled the Hall D IRMIS database with "training" data from BNL.  Go to:

    http://irmisvm.jlab.org:8080/IRMISComponents/

to view it.  I think our best strategy is to figure out how they did 
things in the training database, then do something similar for the 
solenoid controls.

Feel free to modify the training database to your heart's content, I 
will clear it out before we begin for real.  If it would help to keep 
the training database around for reference, I think I can, let me know.

We will discuss IRMIS in Hall D Controls meetings, and in less detail in 
Online meetings.
