[Halld-controls] Latest on Nerses as visiting scientist

Hi,

Latest on visas and funding from Eugene is that Nerses could visit 
starting around 1-Oct for something like six months.   Nerses comes from 
Yerevan, Armenia and knows all about EPICS (he did a lot of EPICS work 
for Hall B).

Many details have to be worked out...I'll keep you posted.  Let's hope 
Nerses is still available in Oct!

Nerses...consider the possibility of attending the EPICS collaboration 
meeting 3-7 Oct in Switzerland.
